I am aware the Franchi and Benelli are cousins of sorts and was wondering if it was worth spending the little more on the Benelli. Right now I’m leaning towards the Franchi because of the cerakote and the fact that it can take 3 1/2 shells (I know they aren’t necessary but I like the option) but I’m still very torn. I have a Affinity 3 and an A400(and a Benelli M2). The Affinity 3 is strictly for hunting for me: it’s got a 26” barrel and is nice and light for quick shots, great fit and finish. If you want inertia and are just starting out, the Affinity 3 or the Benelli M2 are the 2 I recommend most. For gas guns, the A400 is the top contender imo.

Benelli is a much higher quality that franchi. But franchi is a solid budget semi auto. Benelli will stand behind there product until your grand children own than gun. Thats the major difference between higher end brands and middle of the road brand. Higher quality control and better service if things break.
